Babubhaidada was an amazing man. He cared about everyone and looked after everyone that he encountered whether rich or poor and whether male or female. Once one female surgery patient came in for a consultation and a few days later her gold bangles were missing, he inquired about the bracelets and got the bangles back for her. He was selfless in his service to others.

He was trusted and he readily believed others. Once someone came to ask for a donation and he gave the signed check to the man and asked the man to fill in the amount. Who does this?

As his eldest grandchild, I must say he spoiled his grandchildren. He never came empty-handed. He either had ice cream with him or a new toy. He took us everywhere from Bal Vatika to Udaipur.

He was always taking care of his extended family, as well. He made sure they were taken care of and if there were any issues, he was ready to step in and help resolve any problems. He was indeed very approachable and willingly took care of the needs of his extended family to even the smallest of details.

At his funeral, so many people came to pay their respects to him. He was unforgettable!
