There is nothing more worthy of human beings than to be the imitators of their creator and be executors of divine work. There is no better way to summarise Babu Kaka’s life in one statement, “he was solely an executor of nothing but divine work!"
He is one of the most generous people I have ever known. He always gave himself for another, for the greater good. He was giving his time, knowledge, unconditional love and non-judgmental and kind words to each and everyone around him.
His everyday altruists like always buying loads of chocolates for us when we were kids, or buying bhajis and ladoos from Dakor and taking us to the movies every time we were in Ahmedabad, truly made our day. Little did we know at that time these acts of kindness could have a knock-on effect, like “butterfly effect" on us, sending ripples of goodwill through the world.
He always gave genuine compliments- not just a casual compliment, but a genuine piece of specific, thoughtful praise. He would tell me with a smile, that I have beautiful eyes and a melodious voice which increased my self-confidence and nurtured my self-esteem as a child.
Babu Kaka is the most beautiful thing I keep inside my heart.
His life was a blessing and his memory a treasure!
